Triple Falls Sanctuary is Creston’s secret garden; a 350-acre conservation area with forests, streams and waterfalls. This is the soul of the mountain community. A trail system allows property owners’ access to the conserved area by foot trails or a vehicular roadway.
Three waterfalls are near a designated primitive camp area and a rustic shelter whimsically named the Moonshine Cabin. Allison Falls is the premier falls on the Left Prong of the Catawba with a viewing area overlooking the waterfall.
Exceptional care has been taken to leave the area as natural and undisturbed as possible through the conservation easement. The area is rare and honored by the residents of the
